Take advantage of your team's weekly Zoom classes. These are designed for you to LEARN how to do a class AND as an opportunity to INVITE a few guests. When you launch, you will want to do your OWN classes to launch the strongest.
LAUNCH PLAN BELOW:Starting out, I strongly recommend having 3-5 guests at a workshop. TRUST ME. I paid dumb tax when I thought, "I'm experienced so I can have more." Nope. Don't do it. In this business model, it is about QUALITY, not quantity.

You schedule a time in the next 7-10 days to follow up with them in person or on zoom to go over what they purchased and show them how to log into their account.
Because you are more personally serving these customers, it's easier to start with fewer at your workshops. Remember, less is more!

Customer Success Process
If you want to grow a strong, thriving, abundant, income-generating dōTERRA business, then be a business builder who learns and does the Customer Success Process consistently. Then, teach your builders to do it too.
• CONNECT: Connect a potential customer to experience do TERRA by inviting to a weekly workshop, 1-on-1, oil camp / continuing education
• WELLNESS CONSULT: Ask questions and assess health priorities
• ENROLL: Plug in customers to email drip system which invites them to OilCamp
• OPEN THE BOX CALL: Cover what they ordered again and why, show them how to access their account and discuss LRP, hosting a class, learn more invite, check-in to see if they started oil camp, and make sure they know how to access the library resources.
• FOLLOW-UP ONE WEEK: Check in on how they are doing using there products.
• CHECK-IN: 4 days before their LRP runs, check in to see if they need any assistance with adjusting their order. Hopefully they have experienced so of oil camp so they might want to add some oils to their LRP.
• MONTH 2: Invite them to another continuing education event / course / text class.
onnecting with people one on one is highly personal AND a great way to enroll people! This is a strong option when someone cannot make a class or simply prefers a more personal connection time with you.
To have an effective one on one, make sure you ask questions and take notes. Use page two of this resource: The goal is to get a great understanding of their (and their family's) health so that you can support them with solutions. If you are unsure what the best options are at the end of your one on one, simply tell them you will get back to them. Then work with your leader on the best solutions.

After you have done step 1 and 2 above, you'll have an order. Either take their order and set up their account for them OR give them a link to a shopping cart so they can set up their own account and place their own order. Are you a visual learner? Check out the video with the step by step process for how to enroll.
When a new customer enrolls with 100pv or more for their first order, consider giving them a gift of product samples in a cute baggie. Options could include: PB Assist Sachets, Breathe drops, On Guard drops, Deep Blue sachets, Toothpaste samples, etc. This is a great way to thank them for enrolling AND for them to try additional products!
Keep it simple with communication. Send a text when a new customer enrolls. Then, send a first of the month text with specials in it. Templates for both are available by clicking the button above.
Use these resources in your text follow ups to your customers as well as reference it in your wellness consults. This is simply a tool to help you share the perks of the LRP!
